EVENT INCLUSIONS & NOTES

• Guided tasting through four outstanding expressions from Buffalo Trace Distillery’s lineup.
• Event merchandise will be available for purchase before or after your tasting while supplies last.
• Spirits will not be available for purchase at the event. Please visit your local retailer.
• Seating for this event will be first come first serve. There is a chance that you will be sitting with other guests at the tasting table, or your party will be split across multiple tables. We will do our best to accommodate all seating requests.
• Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
• No purchase is required to attend the event.

TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Complimentary reservations are limited to one booking per person/email address per tour location for up to 4 tickets.
• Reservations can only be booked on buffalotracedistillery.com/on-tour. Transferring or selling of reservations is strictly prohibited. Third party reservations are not valid.
• All guests are required to have a reservation to enter.
• One guest in each party must have an ID that matches the name on the reservation, or the reservation will be voided.
• Reservations are only valid for the time, date, and location listed on the confirmation ticket.
• Attendees will be required to provide a valid government issued photo identification card verifying age of 21 or over to participate in the tasting experience.
• No children under the age of 21 will be permitted.
• Please enjoy our spirits responsibly.

EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES

• Weapons and firearms are not permitted.
• Photography is allowed during the experience, but please be respectful to others and remember to use #BTDTour.
• No professional photography is allowed without permission.
• The experience is smoke-free, but venues will allow smoking in designated areas only.
• Buffalo Trace Distillery On Tour reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any person(s) who violate our rules, who we consider inappropriate or who we believe could detract from the experience of other visitors.
• Proper attire is required to enter the experience; shirts and shoes are required.
• Buffalo Trace Distillery On Tour will make every effort to conduct the events as scheduled, but where extraordinary or other unforeseen circumstances warrant, we reserve the right to cancel the event. In the event of cancellation, Buffalo Trace Distillery On Tour will evaluate whether a substitute event time is feasible (such feasibility decision being in the sole discretion of Buffalo Trace Distillery On Tour).

CANCELLATIONS

Please cancel your reservation via the Manage Booking link within your confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend, and we’ll release your tickets. This is a highly exclusive event with limited capacity, and we want to give everyone a chance to experience this special offering. Your consideration helps ensure we can accommodate other guests who are eager to join us.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO DISCLOSURE

When you visit Buffalo Trace Distillery On Tour, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Buffalo Trace Distillery and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Buffalo Trace Distillery experiences in the future, highlight the experience and exhibit the capabilities of Buffalo Trace Distillery. You release Buffalo Trace Distillery On Tour, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the grounds, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Buffalo Trace Distillery On Tour or the person or entity designated to do so by Buffalo Trace Distillery On Tour. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
