We recently introduced a new bottle reservation program and want to address the confusion and technical difficulties that followed. This program was intended to be an additional way to access some of our special bottles, alongside the traditional ways they’ve been available at the Distillery. Our goal was simply to give more people a fair shot at enjoying their favorite Buffalo Trace products.

Unfortunately, we experienced technical issues with our website shortly after the program launched, which added to the confusion. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and are taking feedback seriously as we evaluate how to improve moving forward.

Our daily bottle rotation and surprise-and-delight drops are not going anywhere, and we remain committed to creating the best possible experience for our fans.
