Get an insider’s look into the work that goes into crafting truly great bourbon.

See the distillation process first-hand: from the grain delivery and mashing in our recently installed 20,000 gallon mash cookers, to fermentation and distillation. The tour includes a stop at the E.H. Taylor, Jr. Microstill, where the Distillery’s unique and award-winning Experimental Collection whiskeys are made, and finishes in our state-of-the-art Dryhouse in the repurposed Warehouse B, built in 1881.

Tour route includes stairs, elevated grated flooring, tight corridors, continuous walking, noisy equipment, and dust. Closed toe shoes are required and we suggest dressing according to the weather. Those with acrophobia and/or fear of walking across metal grates may want to seek a different tour.
