When winter arrives at Buffalo Trace, we raise a glass to it. The Charred & Chilled Festival brings together crisp embrace of winter and the warmth of Buffalo Trace Bourbon. Chill out with a bourbon tasting at the ice bar then warm up with a smokey cocktail in a cozy igloo. Watch live ice sculpting*, savor bourbon treats, and discover your love of winter out by the “fire”. Here, strangers become friends and cold days create the warmest memories.
Charred & Chilled can be enjoyed before or after your Tour or walk-in tasting. Separate Charred & Chilled reservations must be made using the checkout below.
