UNIQUE FACTS
O.F.C. Vintages are named after the historic Old Fashioned Copper Distillery founded by Colonel E.H. Taylor Jr. in 1870. These vintage bourbons honor the original landmark distillery’s pioneering copper stills, fermenters and warehouses.
The first release consisted of just 200 bottles: 100 bottles from 1980, 50 bottles from 1982, and 50 bottles from 1983. These were made available to only non-profit organizations, at no charge, to raise money for their causes. Subsequent vintages have been released from the years 1985, 1989 and 1990 and most recently, 1993, 1994 and 1995. Each one is rare and collectable.
Each O.F.C. Vintage bottle is a work of art. It is a hand-cut crystal with real copper lettering and a hand-applied paper label presented in a wooden display box that includes a provenance card listing notable events from the year the bourbon was distilled.
